Community Cemeteries

"The Jewish Cemetery is one of the most important symbols of memory, its the gathering of the family in the after-life, it plays a vital role in history".

AMIA manages the Community Cemeteries of Tablada, Liniers, Berazategui and Ciudadela. The contribution made by each family at the time of a burial, is destined to strengthen the solidarity, educational, religious and cultural initiatives that are carried out.

TABLADA CEMETERY

Public admission: Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 hrs

Admission with vehicles: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 15:00 hrs, Friday from 08:00 to 14:00 hrs, Sundays and Holidays from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs.

Reception: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs

Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 hrs, Sundays and Holidays from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs.

How to get there?

Buses: 126 / 162 / 180 / 298

Road access to Old section: Via Av. Gral. Paz to Av. Crovara, turn right up to 2800.

Via the Ricchieri Motorway until going down Av. Boulogne Sur Mer on the right, stay on that road until Av. Crovara, turn left up to 2800.

Road access to New section: Via Av. Gral. Paz to Av. Crovara, turn right up to 2300, turn left, take Av. Boulogne Sur Mer at 800, turn right on Montenegro 5 blocks.

Via Ricchieri Motorway going down Av. Boulogne Sur Mer to the right, take this same road up to 800, turn to the left on Montenegro 5 blocks.

BERAZATEGUI CEMETERY

How to get there?

Buses: 159 / 98 (branch 3)

Road access: Via the Buenos Aires La Plata Motorway, get off at the Berazategui exit, take Calle 14 up to 800, opposite the Textiles sports centre.

From the Capital, go on Av. 9 de Julio follow and cross Puente Avellaneda, take Av. Mitre up to Florencio Varela crossing, go over the bridge and continue until the first traffic light (Calle 14), turn left on Calle 14 until 800, opposite the Textiles sports centre.

LINIERS CEMETERY

How to get there?

Buses: any that gets to Liniers bus station or Ferrocarril Sarmiento (the Cemetery is three blocks from the station).

Road access: Via Av. Rivadavia until 12100, cross the railroad, take a right and go down two blocks.

Via Av. J.B. Justo, cross Av. Gral. Paz, take a left before (Granaderos) the sliproad to the Gaona Motorway and stay in the emergency lane of the Gral. Paz on the Province side, three blocks on the right.

CIUDADELA CEMETERY

Road access: From the Capital via Av. Fransisco Beiró, crossing Av. Gral. Paz, continuing 300 m. until Av. M.T. de Alvear, turn left and go to 3500 of this road
